Baz comes to Nuivio with significant financial and leadership experience in the startup and venture capital industry, previously serving KPMG and EY in deal and business advisory teams. He had successfully launched and managed a North America based capital advisory firm wherein he had raised capital of over USD 350 million over the last 5 years for startup and midcap clients. He has led and delivered on finance transformation and has a proven track record of finance control, risk and compliance, fund raise and M&A.
Joseph brings a track record of two decades of fast paced business growth in the Software Industry across USA, Europe and Asia. Prior to Nuivio, he was with Mindtree for close to 14 years and was part of the core team that grew the US and Europe businesses through multi-million dollar contracts, besides kick-starting Mindtree’s Middle East business. He is a charter member with TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) and a startup investor with multiple angel networks like Sparks Network, KAN etc. He is an active proponent of enterprise tech innovation with a focus on Frugal Innovation methodologies and is a speaker at multiple enterprise innovation conferences. He is also an early advocate of B2B SaaS and has bootstrapped software start-ups to multimillion growth.
Scott has over 25 years of experience in the information and technology business. He started as an analyst at TransUnion. After eight years of production roles, he moved into business development. Post TransUnion, he did sales stints at Experian Marketing Services and Entiera. He later joined Mindtree and was with them for eight years where he started by selling Data and Analytics Services to new clients, eventually selling Mindtree’s entire gamut of services. At Nuivio, as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), he heads the North America business and drives partnerships for this market.
Manish brings more than two decades of GTM expertise with experiences in marketing, sales, partnerships, and management consulting in technology services and products. He has engaged with several fortune 500 brand organizations to meet their strategic priorities while at TCS, Mindtree, Capgemini, and Digital Asset. Manish has written two books on customer engagement strategies and is a frequent writer in several business publications on technology and digital strategy. He has been working within the start-up ecosystem for several years helping to define sales strategies & market positioning. Manish is also the founder of Evalinator, an early-stage consultative sales & marketing start-up.
Jaideep is a thought leader in the area of Frugal Innovation, who has been extensively researching on how multinationals are using emerging markets in Asia, Latin America and Africa as a lab to do affordable and sustainable innovation for global application. Jaideep is the co-author of “Jugaad Innovation”, described by The Economist as “the most comprehensive book yet” on the subject of frugal innovation. His most recent book, “Frugal Innovation: How to Do More with Less” was published in February 2015 and won the CMI’s Management Book of the Year Award 2016.
Rahul is a globally experienced Chief Information & Technology Officer / Management Consultant / Board Advisor with a successful multi-sector background spanning B2B and B2C within media & entertainment, retail, consumer, publishing, communications, financial, leisure, travel and global corporate sectors. He is vastly experienced in broad global IT leadership, digital transformation management and board advisory services.
Keith is a global technology professional with vast experience working across multiple industry sectors. He has proven experience of operating in a CIO capacity and engaging at board level. He possesses strong technical knowledge and is proficient in commercial strategy, application integration and digital delivery. Keith has worked on multiple large Mergers and Acquisition transactions, including Travelport’s purchase of Worldspan and Avis USA acquisition of Avis Europe.
Aman has 25-years of experience in helping Fortune 500 companies master digital disruption; from innovation to commercialization. He is a technologist at heart, and his passion is to adapt technology and processes to uncover and meet latent human needs. He has been a partner and strategic advisor to multiple agencies and product companies, and the CEO of a medical company. He has successfully lived in the intersection of strategy, customer experience, and technology and has helped companies such as HBO, Avis/Budget, Electrolux, Under Armour, LVMH, Nike, Amazon, Reuters, and Fidelity build innovative digital experiences.
Rob is a chartered banker with over 30 years’ experience of leading teams and working with SME businesses.He is a business growth expert, working with innovative early stage businesses that have exciting scale up opportunities. In his banking career with RBS/NatWest he managed teams of 200+ and had responsibility to deliver revenues in excess of £100m through multiple teams. Rob has unparalleled knowledge of the funding options available to growing businesses, from bootstrapping and ‘friends & family,’ and from seed equity to senior debt. He works with a range of SME clients in London and the South East, whilst still providing debt advisory services to banks. He is an experienced non-executive director and has extensive M&A experience, particularly on the sale side. At Nuivio, Rob oversees our Finance & Investor Relations.
Navin brings to Nuivio close to two decades of experience in leading delivery centers that provide recruiting services to Fortune 500 companies. His expertise spans various industries, such as IT, Aerospace & Defense, Energy/Utilities, Retail, Telecom, Banking/Financial sector, and Medical devices. Navin has a track record of successfully establishing global shared services centers for multiple organizations, delivering efficient, effective, and cost-effective sourcing, and recruiting solutions.
Neenu is a seasoned IT professional and a certified scrum master with expertise in implementing Agile and ITIL frameworks in large enterprises. Her core expertise lies in bringing project management best practices to digital initiatives, campaigns etc. Prior to Nuivio’s, Neenu was part of Infosys for 7 years in the Energy vertical, and brings with her the experience of working with clients across the US and Europe markets. With a background in Computer Science Engineering, she has a rich knowledge in managing projects across all phases ensuring faster and smoother project delivery.
Ashin as a business partner and as a part of the core leadership team at Nuivio Ventures. brings two decades of technology leadership experience and was with Mindtree for close to a decade as the Head of Architecture for Enterprise Reimagination Business. His areas of specialization include Big Data, Cloud and Emerging Technologies; with expertise in designing and implementing digital enterprise solutions. Ashin is driving Nuivio’s Innovation Lab, Product Development areas.
